1. Application and contact
These terms apply to TimTech Studio quotations and assignments. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable. Any departure must be agreed in writing.
2. Quotation and contract
An initial request is non-binding. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation remains valid for 30 days. A contract is formed when you accept the quotation or assignment in writing. Additional work is first explained and requires your approval.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are total prices. Under the Belgian small-business exemption scheme, VAT is not charged to the customer. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late fees or interest are applied only after legally required steps.
4. Performance and cooperation
We perform the assignment carefully. Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding in writing. You provide the information, files, access and decisions needed on time.
5. Websites and online services
The quotation defines included pages, features, domain, hosting, maintenance and integrations. Unless agreed otherwise, two bundled revision rounds are included. New features count as additional work.
A standard 30% deposit is due on acceptance; the remaining 70% after final approval and before publication. Domains, licences and external costs may be charged in advance. Google, Google Ads, reviews, hosting and other services remain subject to third-party rules and availability; advertising results are not guaranteed.
6. Computers and laptops
Make a complete backup before service where possible. No repair can absolutely guarantee data preservation or recovery. Diagnosis costs €25 in total and is deducted when TimTech Studio performs the proposed repair.
Parts for a new custom desktop are paid in full before ordering. No extra commercial warranty is provided; statutory and manufacturer warranties remain applicable. Collection within 50 km is quoted in advance. A completed device is stored for at most 60 days after at least one reminder.
7. 3D printing
You confirm that you may use the supplied file and that the request is lawful. We may refuse work for legal or safety reasons. Small variations in dimensions, colour or finish are inherent to 3D printing; functional tolerances must be agreed in writing.
8. Changes, cancellation and withdrawal
An appointment can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. After that, only demonstrable costs and an agreed travel fee may be charged.
For a distance or off-premises contract, a consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. If work starts earlier at your express request, a proportionate amount may be due. Custom-made goods, including certain 3D prints, may be excluded from withdrawal.
9. Delivery and complaints
Check the result promptly and clearly describe any problem. We investigate and propose an appropriate solution without limiting statutory warranty rights.
10. Liability and force majeure
We are liable for direct damage resulting from a fault attributable to us. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, missing backups, pre-existing defects, incorrect customer information or third-party service failures. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies. We first seek an amicable solution; the competent court is determined by statutory rules and mandatory consumer protection.
